Founded by Olympian and veteran fundraiser Scott Usher, Scott Usher Philanthropy exists to help USA Swimming clubs build sustainable revenue streams that directly support athletes, coaches, and facilities. With over 15 years of experience generating more than $50 million for Olympic, collegiate, and nonprofit sports organizations, Scott brings a unique blend of firsthand swimming expertise and proven fundraising leadership.
After leading successful campaigns for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Scott launched this initiative to serve clubs nationwide—functioning as their dedicated fundraising department so coaches and staff can focus on athlete development.
In 2025, Scott partnered with leading programs including Wolfpack Elite, Badger Swim Club, City of Plano Swimmers, and STAR Swimming, each pursuing ambitious goals ranging from new facilities to scholarships, elite training opportunities, and expanded staffing support.
